Ingredients
1 5-kg “Cook from Frozen” Seasoned Exceldor TurkeyGlaze
cup of honey1. Place all the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
2. Cook the Seasoned Exceldor Turkey as indicated on the packaging.
3. Use a pastry brush to brush the lemon quarters with the glaze. Place lemons around the turkey 2 hours before the end of the cooking time.
4. Starting halfway through the cooking time, brush the turkey 2 to 3 times with the remaining glaze.
