Ingredients
2 L of Exceldor Turkey Broth1. In a large saucepan, bring to a boil all the ingredients, except cream and apples. Reduce heat by half and simmer for about 30 minutes.
2. Purée using a hand mixer until smooth.
3. Thicken with the 15% cream.
4. Pour into bowls and add apple slivers before serving.
