Exceldor's Fast Red Wine Onion Marmalade

Ingredients

2 tbs. of sunflower oil
2 tbs. of butter
2 of red onions, cut into small dices
2 cups of red wine
tbs. of honey or maple syrup
To taste: salt and pepper

1. In a frying pan over low heat, brown onions in oil and butter mixture until soft.

2. Add wine, salt, pepper and honey. Continue cooking until wine is almost evaporated or until syrupy.

3. This is the best accompaniment to serve with Exceldor turkey.
