Hot Turkey Sandwich
with Shallots
And White Wine Sauce

Cooking time : 30 minutes

The sauce can be frozen.

Ingredients

1 lb. (450 g) of cooked turkey leg pieces, add pieces of breast
4 Kaiser buns, cut in half and buttered
3 tbs. of oil
3 tbs. of butter
1.5 tray of mushrooms, sliced
3 French shallots, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
10 branches of parsley, minced
cup of dry white wine
2 cups of demi-glace sauce (Knorr)
2 cups of deep frozen green peas
To taste: salt and pepper

1. Prepare the demi-glace sauce as indicated on the packaging (very easy).

2. In a large frying pan, melt the oil and butter mixture over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic; sauté until golden. Add mushrooms, green peas, parsley and white wine. Cook for 15 minutes.

3. Add the demi-glace sauce and turkey; cook for another 2 to 3 minutes or until turkey is heated through. Set aside.

4. Toast the buttered buns in the oven. Set on plates and pour the turkey mixture between the buns and over.
