Ingredients
1 lb. (450 g) of pieces of turkey legs and breastNicolas' Garnish
2 tbs. of Dijon mustard1. Mix all of the garnish ingredients in a food processor. Place pieces of turkey on each slice of toast and top with garnish. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 15 minutes.
2. Cut each slice of toast into four pieces and serve.
