The leftover turkey and stuffing may be frozen.
Ingredients
5-kg “Cook from Frozen” Seasoned Exceldor TurkeyGlaze
3 tbs. of prepared mustardStuffing
4 portions of mild Italian sausage meat1. In a bowl, combine all of the stuffing ingredients and form into small, evenly-sized balls. Place them around the turkey 2 hours before the end of the cooking time.
2. Place the seasoned Exceldor turkey in a broil pan and roast as directed on the packaging.
3. Combine all of the glaze ingredients. Starting halfway through the cooking time, brush 2 to 3 times with glaze.
4. Serve the stuffing balls with small pieces of turkey and the cooking juice.
