Our Chef, Nicolas Moreau

Following in the footsteps of his father, highly esteemed Chef André Paul Moreau, Nicolas has been passionate about healthy, simple and delicious cooking, as well as a fervent supporter of regional products for as long as he can remember.

During the past seven years, Nicolas has hosted more than 400 episodes of his cooking show on the Canal Vie cable channel. His show has also been broadcasted on the CUISINE.TV network in France for the past four years. He's also currently a food journalist for Radio-Canada radio and the Radio Rock Détente network. In addition to his best-selling book, La méthode Nicolas, he has released a cooking DVD and developed magazines on various subjects including barbecuing and cooking for the Holidays.

I am very proud to be associated with a local company that offers such high quality products.
